Flexible Indoor & Outdoor Operations
New Pacific’s facility supports a flexible indoor and outdoor operating model that allows projects to scale depending on their size and complexity. Outdoor storage and laydown areas provide space for staging materials, assembling large structures, and managing project logistics.
This flexibility is particularly important for marine construction, vessel components, infrastructure structures, and other oversized fabrication programs that require both indoor precision work and outdoor assembly space.

The location supports efficient transportation of large structures and components by road, rail or marine transport when required.

Lifting & Material
Handling
The facility is equipped with seven in-building cranes capable of lifting up to 50 tons, supporting internal material movement, fabrication operations, and major assembly activities. For larger lifts and outdoor erection work, mobile crane strategies up to 300 tons can be deployed.
This lifting capability allows the team to handle large structural components, marine assemblies, and complex fabricated equipment safely and efficiently.
Heavy Industrial Fabrication Space
Providing more than 180,000 square feet and three bays of industrial workspace, the facility is designed to support large-scale fabrication, assembly, and project staging. The layout allows teams to manage complex manufacturing programs while maintaining efficient material flow and production flexibility.
The space supports marine fabrication, industrial steel structures, and integrated manufacturing programs requiring significant shop capacity and operational coordination.
