Joe Corvelli
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Joe Corvelli brings 34 years of leadership experience in the marine and industrial sectors. He began his career as a naval architect and marine engineer after graduating from Webb Institute. He later earned a dual Master of Business Administration from London Business School and Columbia Business School and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Joe has held senior leadership roles across several major marine and industrial organizations, including CEO of Gibdock Ltd., COO of Gunderson Marine, Senior Vice President at Vigor Industrial, and President of Liberty Yachts. Throughout his career he has built and led high performing teams while delivering complex marine and aerospace programs for commercial and government customers.
At New Pacific Industrial, Joe focuses on building a disciplined organization capable of executing complex shipbuilding, repair, and industrial fabrication programs.
Chris Palmer
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chris Palmer brings 31 years of operational leadership across the manufacturing and complex fabrication industries. His career has focused on building and managing large scale operations in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska with an emphasis on quality systems, strategic planning, and capital asset oversight.
Chris has held leadership roles across the aerospace, nuclear, defense, and transportation sectors since 2000. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Fabrication at Vigor Industrial where he led large fabrication teams supporting critical industrial and defense programs.
At New Pacific Industrial, Chris oversees operations and manufacturing strategy, ensuring the company delivers complex projects with discipline, efficiency, and consistent execution.
Peter Roney
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Peter Roney brings 25 years of experience across the maritime industry. He began his career at sea at the age of 15 working aboard fishing vessels in the Bering Sea and later became the youngest captain in the Foss Maritime fleet. He holds a 1600 ton Master’s license and studied Marine Operations at Pacific Maritime Institute along with business and marketing at Oregon State University.
Shore side, Peter has held leadership roles across project management, business development, and marine sales. His experience includes Foss Maritime, Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, Everett Ship Repair, and Gunderson Marine where he served as Vice President of Marine Sales and secured more than $100 million in backlog while leading bids exceeding $3.5 billion. He most recently served as President of Markey Machine.
At New Pacific Industrial, Peter leads commercial strategy, partnerships, and customer engagement across marine and industrial markets.
