Program Execution

From build-to-print fabrication to fully integrated design-build programs, New Pacific provides structured program execution across complex projects. Our teams operate within PMP-based project management frameworks supported by detailed scheduling and Earned Value Management Systems. We understand and comply with FAR and DFARS requirements following ITAR guidelines.

Materials

New Pacific has extensive experience working with a wide range of structural and specialty materials, including mild steel, tempered high-strength steel, aluminum, and stainless steel alloys. Fabrication and inspection are performed to recognized industry standards, including AWS, AISC, and ABS, with the ability to meet additional project-specific requirements.

Facility & Scale

The New Pacific Vancouver, Washington facility is a flexible heavy industrial site designed to support large and complex fabrication programs. Located at the former Kaiser Shipyard, the site provides extensive shop space, laydown areas, and staging capacity for marine and industrial manufacturing. Deep water access on the Columbia River enables direct vessel launching or transfer to marine transport.

Coatings

New Pacific coordinates access to qualified local coating resources within and around the Columbia Business Center to support surface preparation and application of protective coating systems. Capabilities available through those partners include complex paint systems and metallizing for marine and heavy industrial projects.

Systems Integration

Our team has extensive experience delivering complete solutions that integrate structural fabrication with mechanical and electrical systems. Capabilities include system design support, risk assessment, source selection, installation, design verification, testing, and commissioning.
